ACIP Recommends Pertussis Vaccine for Pregnant Women

The CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices has recommended that pregnant women who have not previously been vaccinated against pertussis be immunized at the end of the second trimester or in the third trimester, the Washington Post reports.
